    1. What currency are your prices?
    All of our prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise specified. When transacting with credit card or paypal, your bank will determine the exchange rate.

    2. Do you provide 24/7 technical support? What about our customers?
    Yes. We provide 24/7 e-mail trouble ticket and live chat assistance. Our telephone hours are from 9AM to 12AM, Monday through Friday. We're always here and always reachable. You will be responsible for providing technical support to your customers, we only provide support to you.

    3. How fast are your servers? How many customers do you put on them?
    We utilize Dual Core 2 Xeon servers with a minimum of 4GB of DDR2 Memory. We also utilize RAID-1 fault-tolerant storage to prevent dataloss and redundancy. Each server endures different types of loads, so we balance accounts. Servers can see anywhere from 350-600 accounts per server.

    4. Where is your company & servers located?
    Our company is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Our servers are located inside of the MCI/Verizon Enterprise-class data center also located in Toronto, just outside of the downtown core.

    5. How long does it take to get my account setup?
    Our activation procedure involves verifying the legitimacy of the order, which usually takes about 10-15 minutes after the order is placed. It may take several hours if your account is flagged for manual verification. If you do not receive your e-mail within a few hours, then please call us at 1-800-224-0956 or e-mail us at sales@vistapages.com.

    6. Are there any additional fees?
    For the most part, no. However, you might require to change or add-on account features, which may require additional fees. Please contact sales@vistapages.com.

    7. What version of PHP & MySQL Do you use?
    We use the latest stable version of PHP5 & MySQL 4.

    8. Do you outsource support
    We do not utilize outsourcing companies. We do have several remote employees who are employed directly with Vistapages. All of our employees are under the direct supervision of our management team.

    9. Do you have a site builder?
